2) Paint
3) Glitter
4) Foam Stars
5) Streamers
Paint the wooden dowells, add glitter, attach the streamers and star to the end.

I am throwing 14th birthday party for a girl at a huge ballroom area in a hotel. There will be about 75 boys and girls there. We know that we are going to get a DJ, but we don’t know what else to to. We want to make this party unforgettable, but no too expensive. What are cool ideas?
Have the theme be American Idol, make the invitations look like a ticket used for admission, when the guest arrive have them decorate a star with their name, make a pretend stage with a backdrop so when they sing happy birthday, your child will be on stage with the cake like a star…You could even ask guest to perform if they want to on the stage..Have FUN
My little sister is having her thirteenth birthday party in a week, and we are having trouble thinking of ideas. 11 people are expected to come. We don’t want to spend too much money. It is a mixed party (boys and girls) and a few of them she hasnt seen in a while, so probably needs to be something where they have a chance to catch up. Sorry this is so specific! I know this we be a hard question, but I’d really appreciate your suggestions!

have it at a hotel near you(cheap but nice) and have a pool party there.After the girls can sleepover.Play Truth or Dare,set up spa stations,fact or Lie,Design shirts or pillowcases.
Before the coed group goes to the pool party eat at an inexpensive restaurant first.(u can’t eat at the pool)Play Marco Polo or Water Polo.

if there is only three girls well four and

to a salpn and get your guys hair or nails
done then go home and get dressed up and
take pictures
